    Extremely slow delivery!

    1 month after ordering the mattress it has still not been delivered. So disapointing. Thinking to cancel.

    DO NOT BUY THIS!

    Ordered and paid for 4 items through their online system. Got confirmation that my order and payment went through successfully. Thought it’ll be delivered in 2-3 days, after a week I asked for an update and was just informed one of my orders will take some time and that everything will instead be delivered on Nov. 22nd. It’s the 25th now, I sent a follow up and I still haven’t received any updates! I NEED A FULL REFUND!

    You should have a hotline number. Ineed to contact you. It has been 1 week since we have been waiting for the delivery. I emailed all your email addresses. Please respond accordingly. The promised date of delivery was not met. The courier on their attempt of delivery does not know how to look for the address!!! Yhis experience is horrible!     Great product!

    I had a spinal surgery @40 years ago and have always had back problems. Prior to buying the Emma Diamond hybrid I had a foam bed but I recently been having more back pains. So I tried this product and immediately it was like night and day. I have it for about 1 month now and can say that it is exactly what I need, a bed that I can have a good night's rest.     BEST PURCHASE EVER!!!

    I've only had Emma for about 2 weeks now and I can honestly say, I've been having the best night's sleep. Before emma, I was continuously shifting in my bed trying to get into a somewhat comfortable sleeping position, now I can sleep for 8 undisturbed hours - now I know the definition of real rest.

    I love it so much I essentially pushed my parents to order the Diamond Hybrid Mattress in Queen XL size so they get to experience the heaven that is Emma.

    Also, the delivery is very fast, I live in the province so I expected at least a week before it can get delivered but it only took the team about 4 days before it was delivered! Very unexpected in the very best way.

    The Diamond Hybrid Mattress comes with a washable cover. Simply open the zip and separate the top from the bottom part. Wash the cover at a maximum of 60 degrees Celsius. in the washing machine. You can also wash single stains off by hand with a gentle washing detergent.

    Additional Info:
    Do not bleach. It could lose color or be damaged during bleaching.
    Do not tumble dry, instead, line dry the cover.
    Do not iron.

    Setting up has never been this easy. All you have to do is unpack, unwrap, and unroll.
