I first bought my Emma Sleep Original Mattress 2022 because it was on sale, my wife and I thought i was a great idea already invest in a good mattress. At the same time we were contructing our house at the time, fast forward 2 years, we just finally moved it due to contruction supplier issues and we finally got to unbox our Emma Sleep Original Mattress. We were excited to use it as we heard so many good things about it.. When we opened the vaccum sealed package, the mattress was able to fully expand due to the 2 years of being compacted in the box. We left it for over a week in a hot room in attempted to help it fully expand, but to no luck the corners of the bed were depressed and it it had concave feel to it, when we tried to sleep on it, our heads would sink in too much and it felt uncomfortable.

I was frustrated and upset at this point after reading the negative comments on this facebook page and i was already gonna give up and buy another brand instead.
I reach outed to Emma Sleep customer support, over the holidays and was able to get in touch with them. I explained my situation and expressed if it could get a replacement for this, my expectations were close to none and just hoping to get a reply.
To my surprise, Paolo from Emma responsed to me and understood my situation, they immdiately filed for a replacement mattress. I sent in the necessary details and bed tags for proof.
Im happy to say I was able to get my replacement for free, the item arrived 2 weeks later. Thank you customer service for that, truly apprieciate it!
