      Been messaging and emailing with no reply. Very poor customer service.

      Spent too much on marketing and zero on delivery

      Honestly if I could give a zero star I would. Delivery is late (and still haven't been fulfilled) but you have to come to them to ask if the product you paid for is coming. They won't have the initiate to contact you first, you have to ask them why you're not getting updates.

      I thought its just a Hype

      A lot of influencers has made reviews and videos on this, so the purchase for me was a risk but i thought theres a return policy so if ever its just a hype i will return BUT the very first time i tried the Mattress, WOW i was SOLD!!! Uninterrupted sleep, no backache in the morning, it was a very restfull sleep thanks to Emma.

      Not as comfortable as I expected it to be

      We waited more than 30days to confirm and feel the comfort of our mattress but until now we are having body aches each time we wake up. Today is our 45th day. Maybe this is not the mattress for us. I hope an Emma Sleep customer service can reach out to us on this. Thank you
