    Thin as a blanket

    No use whatsoever as a pillow, far too thin. It is clearly well made and a good product but would need to be twice if not three times thicker.

    Too soft, head sinks

    The Emma Cloud Pillow is way too soft for my liking. There's hardly any support, and it almost feels like there's no pillow at all. Despite the claims, there’s no soft cloud-like comfort for everyone, and it definitely doesn’t deliver the elevated hotel-style sleep that’s advertised. I was expecting a good balance of comfort and support, but this pillow just sinks under your head. If you need any kind of firmness or neck support, this pillow might not be for you. Overall, I’m disappointed with the experience.
