Placed our order last December 4. And until now we haven’t receive the products.
1 month after ordering the mattress it has still not been delivered. So disapointing. Thinking to cancel.
Ordered and paid for 4 items through their online system. Got confirmation that my order and payment went through successfully. Thought it’ll be delivered in 2-3 days, after a week I asked for an update and was just informed one of my orders will take some time and that everything will instead be delivered on Nov. 22nd. It’s the 25th now, I sent a follow up and I still haven’t received any updates! I NEED A FULL REFUND!
You should have a hotline number. Ineed to contact you. It has been 1 week since we have been waiting for the delivery. I emailed all your email addresses. Please respond accordingly. The promised date of delivery was not met. The courier on their attempt of delivery does not know how to look for the address!!! Yhis experience is horrible! Please take action on my messages, emails!
I had a spinal surgery @40 years ago and have always had back problems. Prior to buying the Emma Diamond hybrid I had a foam bed but I recently been having more back pains. So I tried this product and immediately it was like night and day. I have it for about 1 month now and can say that it is exactly what I need, a bed that I can have a good night's rest. The Diamond Hybrid Mattress comes with a washable cover. Simply open the zip and separate the top from the bottom part. Wash the cover at a maximum of 60 degrees Celsius. in the washing machine. You can also wash single stains off by hand with a gentle washing detergent.

Do not tumble dry, instead, line dry the cover.
